Garlic Lemon Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 6 Tbsp. Juliann's Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 lemons – one thinly sliced, one juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ t. black pepper
- ¾ lbs green beans
- 6 small red potatoes, quartered
- 4 chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Coat baking dish with olive oil spray
- Arrange lemon slices in a single layer on bottom of dish.
- Toss chicken, potatoes and beans with remaining ingredients.
- Layer onto lemon slices
- Bake for 50 minutes
